Prairie Center Metropolitan District Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8 and 10 Technology Accessibility Statement
Prairie Center Metropolitan District Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8 and 10 (the “District”) are fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, the Districts have a policy of providing an accessible website compatible with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and commercial screen reading software. All features of the website are coded to allow individuals with vision and other impairments to understand and use the website to the same degree as someone without impairments. We welcome feedback and can often resolve issues in a timely manner when they arise.

Compliance Officer
The Districts have designated a Compliance Officer for website disability-related accommodations. The Compliance Officer has received training in website accessibility and updates the site in accordance with those best practices. Contact our Compliance Officer to report an issue.
Compliance Procedures and Reports
In addition to testing by users with a wide range of disabilities and coding our website to WCAG standards, the Districts regularly scans its website to ensure ongoing compliance, and makes timely changes to any inaccessible content, as any are found.

Please note that this site may link out to third-party websites, such as state or federal agencies, that do not have accessible content. This site may also include documents provided by third parties included in our agenda packets, for example. While we cannot control the accessibility of content provided by third parties, we are happy to assist any member of the public with reading and accessing content on our site.

Progress-To-Date Report - April 1, 2025
The Prairie Center Metropolitan District Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8 and 10 (the “District”) is committed to continued work to maintain an accessible website as described in the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and HB21-1110 and HB24-1454 (the “accessibility standards”). The Districts will be updating this report quarterly based on the Compliance Stages described as Exhibit A.
As of April 1, 2025, the District makes the following progress report and is on Stage Four.
Exhibit A
Stage One: The Districts have assessed the accessibility of the website and noted actions that must be taken to improve the site’s accessibility.
Stage Two: The Districts or a representative has attended various training seminars and webinars related to website accessibility and remediation.
Stage Three: The Districts have taken steps to assign a compliance officer and/or contract with a website host to begin maintaining and/or updating the website pages to be navigable and accessible to all users.
Stage Four: The Districts have prepared a plan and policy to comply with the necessary accessibility standards and actions necessary to remediate all documents found on the Districts' website to be accessible to all users.
Stage Five: The Districts have completed all necessary updates to become compliant with accessibility standards and will continue monitoring and updating the website indefinitely.
The Districts intend to complete all Stages no later than July 1, 2025.
